The wine is made up of a variety of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. The grapes for wine production come from Central Slovakia vineyard area from the vineyard village of Bušince, from the Bušina vineyard. Vinohrad was planted in 2004, on clay clay soil at an altitude of 230 m on a slope with southern exposure. Grapes were obtained on March 3 and November 5, 2015 for Merlot at 26 ° NM and Cabernet Sauvignon at 23.5 ° NM. The grape was technologically matured with optimal acid content. The wine was fermented in fermentation tanks at 18 ° C. After fermentation, the malolactic fermentation was performed. Wine mature for 6 months in stainless steel containers and then 12 months in oak barrels of 4000 liters.The wine has a deep claret red color, an intense aroma with predominant tones of black currants and cherries. The taste is warm, full and robust, with intense pleasant, lively, natural tannins and acids, and we find tobacco tastes as well. The wine has a strong intense structure. The fullness and harmony of wine will grow in age. Wine has a fairly long real potential for 15-20 years.The gastronomy is suitable for various varieties, steaks, more fatty lamb and beef. We recommend decanting it before serving.Serving temperature: 16–18°C.
